Go to Hot Topic and get some sets of tapers and plugs. Start off with like 14, then 12, then 10 etc etc.
Stretch with the tapers, leave those in for a day then side the plugs in. Stretch up every few weeks
Make sure to use lube when you stretch, I recomend getting some Holey Butter.

Almond oil is great for stretched lobes. Keeps them moisturized and makes it easy for your jewelry to slide in when you go up a size. I highly recommend that you wait AT THE VERY LEAST two weeks to size up. But the longer, the better...and the less painful it will be. If you size up too quickly you can blow out your ear, which can permanently alter your ear lobe making it difficult to size up again.

I'm Sherrie! And I'm currently at 4g. I've stretched with tapers once. After that I just waited till my ear was ready for a new stretch. Till I got to 6g. I stretched to 4g with tape. (plumber's tape.) I've been stretching the ears out for almost two years now. I take it nice and slow. lol

Only good face picture I have with them. I was at 6g here.

And these are my new 4g double flared plugs. Unikite epidote organic stone.

And finally got the ivory ones in. Same size, but the outside is a bit bigger. So I had to wait to get those in.

Yeah unfortunetly I couldn't get the 14s through. I wear 16g hoops already so idk. I was using vaseline. The back of my ear bled a little. Any other tips ladies?

You couldn't get from a 16 to a 14? Were you using a taper? Wait until the split heals and then go to a piercing shop and have them to do it for you. There's no reason for it not to go in.
When you're pushing the taper through twist it back and forth from side to side as you're pushing it through. And don't be afraid of the vaseline lol glob it on there.
You should definitely get some kind of oil though like vitamin e, jojoba, etc. You can get those really cheap right at CVS. Massage a little onto your lobe once or twice a day and it'll make it easier to stretch.
