Surprised

So for some reason my doctor every visit asks if I go walking and I tell him no I am lazy I am a hermit crab. So today I finally motivated myself to get up and go for a hour long walk. I walked for a hour and 15 minutes on the beach, let me tell you the first ten minutes I though I was going to die I was so tired already. Once I got back home I felt great, I felt like I had energy and felt awake. Which is weird I though I would of been in pain and super exhausted. I plan to take a nice walk every day, I feel so great after it's weird. Now I have energy to chase this little monster around all day  

I didn't walk much my whole pregnancy because I was HUGE, tired, lazy, etc. I regret not walking because it might have saved me from having a c-section!

Yeah I have gained 50lbs I feel very huge and I am soooooooo lazy. Today is the first day I actually attempted to go for a walk. I have heard it makes labor easier but usually I am to lazy to really give a crap. But I told SO I was going to go for a hour long walk and he was like yeah right. So it sort of motivated me to prove him wrong. And I actually got up and went.

i hated walking! SO made me walk towards the end i told him i didnt want to because it was invented by the devil.

Haha I told SO to encourage me. So after work he says want to go for a walk and I am like no way my back hurts. Then he says yeah right excuses excuses. Hahah usually I do lie though. But today I took it upon my self to go for once.

I have never became so lazy in my life. I don't even ever want to go anywhere at all. I just want to stay at home. The only time I want to go somewhere is if its to the store to buy baby things that's it. Other then that I am like nope I am fine in my house. I think maybe because all this extra weight and then I never in my life went 6 months without working and sitting in the house so I think I have became useto it.

When I was pregnant with my son I gained over 70 lbs  
I didn't look like it though just like you, you are all belly!
You should find some nice places to walk now and pay attention to sidewalks because once the baby's here walking and breastfeeding are the best ways to get all that weight off! I went to the beach for a week when my son was 4 months old and I had my completely pre preg body back(plus wider hips and bigger boobs) without exercising or anything. I would go crazy staying inside with a newborn all day and NOTHING to do so we would end up walking all over the place plus he was happiest when he was outside.

Yeah right now I am very lazy. But I plan to put some miles on the stroller   The beach is right across the street from SO's work so I figured every morning I am going to take her for a long walk on the sidewalk past the beach and then through our neighborhood later on in the day and what not. I plan to do a lot of walking once she is here. After she is out and I am able to move around I am determined to get rid of this stinking weight its to much to be lugging around
