30 by june

I am starting my weight loss journey today. I want to lose 30 lbs by June 1. I think thats pretty realistic, right? I weigh 154 and am pretty out of shape. Like get out of breath carrying a load of laundry downstairs. I am starting with small steps like cutting out all pop and sugary drinks and drinking mainly water, i want to drink 5 16.9 oz. water bottles a day and also but cutting out junk and eating in smaller portions. I also want to start doing some cardio. I plan to walk/jog a 1/2 hour 3-4 times a week to start out. I need some healthy, family (kid) friendly recipes and some good (realistic, i have 3 kids and its winter time) exercise/cardio tips. any advice will be most appreciated. TIA
