positive opk

When you get a positive opk it's best to BD that night and the next day right? or does it only really count for that night? I know this is a stupid question to ask lol but hey 

i think once it's positive you have like a 12-24 hour surge so would hurt to do it tonight and tomorrow

haha, you're sweet. thanks for responding to my threads lately. I've been reading a lot about OPK's and a lot of general information says that you could miss your chance to get preggo waiting for a positive OPK. Doesn't it take like 2-3 days for the sperm to meet the egg anyway?  I've been trying since Feb but I feel like I"m forgetting everything. lol

I got positive OPK on Evan's bday and BDed that night. That was the last time that cycle. Based on the baby's measurements, that is the sex that conceived this miracle   Lol.

It can take 2-3 days depending on where you are in your cycle. My O date was Sept 6th. My specialist said that the baby likely was conceived from that sex two days later on the 8th since I was measuring two days behind at first u/s. I got my first faint bfp 8 days later!

Those little buggers can get there pretty quick apparently lol cuz my lil egg got fertilized and it had been over a week since we had sex before that but I would have sex as soon as you get the positive just to be sure and it doesnt hurt to do it again....literally and figuratively speaking! lol One of the best ways if you don't have a pattern for ovulation is to have sex every other day or even every 2 days if possible, especially if there is a small time frame is happens. My doc had me doing opks from cd5 for 14 days after.

That is like us except it was the next day! lol

I would BD the night of the positive OPK..
Everybody is different but this cycle I'm doing Clomid and IUI. I had my ultrasound and LH blood work on Friday; I also took an OPK that day, I hardly had a test line and my LH was at 9. On Saturday I used an OPK it was positive. Sunday morning I went in for my u/s and labs, both showed that I O'ed on Saturday. So not everybody ovulates 24-36 hrs after their positive OPK.

Our first angel baby was conceived on Halloween 2010. It is bittersweet but at least we have this miracle to help us through. I hope you get your rainbow this cycle!!!! MAJOR EGG CATCHING AND STICKY DUST YOUR WAY!!!!

Yeah I am just going by what the FR opk said lol which is probably just an average!
