I'm sure you've thought of everything, so don't take this the wrong way... but do you not limit his water intake before bed? lol

I would be concerned, that's wayyyy too much imo

My brother wet the bed until he was like 10/11.
My mom thought it was fine because she wet until she was 13 =/
My father would also try to make him not, i know he threatened to beat him one night if he went, he did my father of course didn't beat him.
I do remember he had an electric blanket, he peed one night and it shocked him.

Can you get him night time pull ups or something?

Children usually wet the bed because they are in too deep a sleep to wake up when they feel the urge to use the bathroom.
Keep trying to get him to stay dry at night but maybe get him to wear a pull up to avoid the mess?
I know people that wet the bed into their early teens.

Quoting A, E & W's mommy:" that last part probably shouldn't have made me chuckle a little but I did   Did he wet it every night ... [snip!] ... know it's common for boys especially to wet the bed until closer to 10 but I just assumed that that wasn't every single night."
Lol it's okay, i thought it was funny too!
Yeah, it was pretty much every night.
My parents never thought of taking him to the doctor, i guess they
knew he would grow out of it.
They would keep the plastic on his matteres too.
