and besides.. muscle weighs more than fat, right? so it makes sense if your more defined but havent lost any weight

You look great. You look a lot more toned. I've been going for nearly 3 weeks and I don't see any change...What do you do? Like what does your work out consist of?

i take the pictures about every 2 weeks since i see myself daily, i would never notice a change


i started with 20 min of cardio 5 times a week
now i am up to 30min of cardio 5 times a week
then about 3 times a week i do a body works class which consists of small weights, planks, lunges, arms, leg lifts abs... just an hour class that is low impact

i sent them to my friend and she said the only difference i see is the top ones your tummy is flat and the bottom you have a pooch.

I just suck then. The personal trainer told me to do 5-10 minutes of cardio. Then she gave me a few other things to do and repeat 2-5 times. I've been taking pictures every week

you need 20 min of cardio or more

Ugh. I'm too out of shape. I go about 8 minutes on the elliptical and I swear I feel like I'm going to die
