I think it's weird, but my kids were out of their prams by like 12 months.... By their choice because they absolutely hated it.

I dont really think about it since I can see my son being in one till 5 or 6 since he is special needs and cant follow directions well. He doesn't developmentally follow one, let alone two or three step instructions so walking with him will require some sort of way to control his need to run away. I just think the child is being cared for in the best manner needed for their safety. *shrugs*
