Don't worry, they are all going straight to hell

This is what i hear a lot of

but I don't have a car so we walk everywhere. Cora gets tired easily.

I'm just kinda sick of everything thinking I'm lazy.

We walk everywhere so my 4 year old still uses the stroller. I think it would be cruel to expect her to be able to walk as much as I do. She's still a child and I would rather put her in the stroller than have to take frequent breaks or make her walk a distance I know she can't walk.

Rylan is 3.5, still goes in the stroller cause I'm not gonna carry about 40lbs of toddler, and I'd never get anywhere if I made him walk lol

My 4 year old still rides in a stroller occasionally. Well more of the seating part of a shopping cart or in their wagon. I don't have a stroller anymore because they both acted like psychos with it lol
People give me smurf all the time for it. Sorry but kids legs/feet get tired quicker than ours and I'm not going to be that douche bag that makes their kid walk when they are hurting.

But those same people will pull their almost 10 year olds around in wagons and see no issue with it. Wagons are pretty much the exact same thing.

Its not lazy. I think the problem lies with the people who are more concerned with appearances rather than the comfort of the child.

My child is 3 and a half almost, and really doesn't sit in a stroller. She hasn't been content to since she was 2. I keep a collapsible one in my car trunk in case we end up somewhere where a lot of walking will be required and I think she either won't be able to handle it, or I'll need her to be calm and not running off. I was probably going to give it away next year when she's 4.

People will always have something to say. We use those little cart thingies in the mall to put the kids in.

So I'm lazy cuz I can't carry 5 grocery bags and a kid for 3 miles or more? You mean.

I dont get how that makes you lazy.
LAZY would be not even taking your child out in public with you. People that think it's lazy need to shove a stroller up their ass.

Wouldn't it be the kid who's in fact lazy based on your logic

My daughter's feet could hit the ground when she was 2. There's no way she could handle a 3 mile walk at 2.

Lazy parenting, lol at that. How on earth is it lazy? Sorry I don't wanna lug my purse, shopping bags, AND a 40 lb kid who is crying that she's tired through the mall. I'd rather have a place for my daughter to rest and have people look at me weird, than totally exhaust myself for no reason....

My Son was out a stroller by the time he was 2 years old. He had been walking by 1 years old so by that time he was well and truly capable of getting from A to B on his own so as far as I was concerned he was ready. We had already had a few months of him struggling and fussing everytime he was in it though, by that point he was feeling very confined and wanted out to walk everywhere all the time anyway. I guess he was really the one who decided he didn't want it anymore so he let me know he was ready lol That was my own situation though so if your child is a lot older than that and in a stroller then it is whatever to me, it's not my business and to be honest not really something it would even cross ky mind to judge. Although if I seen a child who was about 4 years old in a stroller I would probably die of shock but that's a culture/country thing though. Kids here start School at 4 years old, like full on School 6/7 hours a day of Maths/English/Languages/etc 5 days a week, homework every night. That is when you enroll into fulltime education by law here so yes if I seen a School age child getting pushed in a stroller that would be odd but you just wouldn't see that here lol
