non stress test

im 36 weeks 4 days ,so now i have to go 2 x a week for them first day was today it went great except they had to use a weired sound wave thing to wake baby up i dont think she liked it she kicked me as soon as she heared/felt it and continues to be active shes usally not so active til bed time and in the morning ,oh and bp was up it fluctuates some times i think i dont like going to docs so it gos up then later its fineany way they sent me to ob triage at hospital they monitored baby more and took bp a bunch both were fine and they took blood and urine i guess there was something in my urine too much protein they didnt say but now i have to pee in a container for 24 hrs and refridgerate it and bring it back tomorrow i was at ob triage for 2 1/2 hrs seems like its gonna be a trend of them sending me to ob triage 2 weeks ago my obgyn sent me to have a non stress test cause i hadnt felt baby all day but it came out fine then to, she moves and i just dont always feel it according to the monitor tired of all these appointments and getting sent to ob triage for what i feel is nothing out of the ordinary for me i also had a kidney stone a few weeks ago and was at ob triage got pain meds passed a stone 3 days later and i was dehydrated and was haveing contractions they said but i didnt feel them i got an iv of fluids and was at ob triage for 8 -9 hrs so im ready to be done and have my baby girl

Be patient & try to relax as much as you can with some deep deep slow breathing & visualizing that baby in your arms. Set small goals like telling yourself, "just 2 more days & I will 37 weeks!! One week closer to holding you, Baby!"
As each new milestone passes, convince yourself that her lungs ARE much stronger & ready to work perfectly outside your body. You are only DAYS away from meeting your new daughter, Lace!! Hold on ....
BTW ~ our daughter (25) is going to the ObGyn 3 times a week for non-stress tests bcuz she lost her first baby boy (9-21-11) @ 8 months gestation from excessive stress, uncontrollable BP & protein in her urine. We use visualization, deep breathing & relaxing music while laying there in the examining suite. It works very well!!
