So last night i started my work-out, my pretty pathetic work-out lol, but i did 30 sit-ups, 10 push ups,did this thing where i lift my legs up into the air, then did a wall-sit for 20 seconds.
tonight i did 30 sit-ups, did more of the lifting my legs into the air thing
then i did a wall-sit thing for a minute and did more sit-ups but this time bringing my knees to meet my elbows.
i feel pathetic that thats all i can do, and that my arms, knees, and abs are so sore by the time i get to the last of everyone
Does it get any easier?
