You lose common ground with people (even as an adult) when having a baby when that person has no kids. finish school and do right by yourself and the baby a friendships will happen with people you have common ground with again.

It doesn't matter what your age is, you lose friends when you're expecting. Nobody wants to hang out with a pregnant woman lol. I don't talk to ANY of the people we hung out with on a weekly basis now. It doesn't really bother me much. I couldn't give two smurfs because family is more important to me. I've got a girl on my friends list whos in her early twenties who bitches about this on a regular basis. Swallow the fact and move on. Find other expectant ladies you can hang out with if friends are that important.
