Coffee Creamer

If a non fridgerated liquid coffee creamer is bad will it still curdle? I bought some today and didn't notice the expiration date is a little over a week away. It was the individual liquid ones so they don't need to be in the fridge.

Haha I just experienced is that went that old I thought but opened it and it's was nasty so yes they can just look before you pour!!!!
