A full size is safer for a younger kiddo, 'cause it gives them more room to roll around. However, it's not always practical, with room size and cost. We had to buy three beds for our kiddos recently, so we got twin size, to downplay the cost.

Personally I had a twin bed until my 13th birthday. I was fine with it. My daughters have bunk beds so they have twins. If/when they want their own rooms, I'll put them in full beds at that time because I don't it will be for many years.

I used a twin sized bed up until I got married. There is no sense to take up more room in a bedroom than one kid needs   Chris and I nap together in his twin sized bed all the time, too.

That is what I think too. I dont want it to take up too much space. I just couldnt help it by getting opinions before I make my final decision. Thanks hun.
