I hate when pregnant people..

What do you dislike about pregnant/first time moms? What would you tell them? I'll start.

I hate when pregnant moms talk about what kind of mom they will be in the sense of "I'm an ebf, erf, baby wearing, no soother giving, no solids until a year, anti-CIO, spanking kinda mom" because they have no smurfing clue what kinda mom they will be on the fifth day home from the hospital on zero sleep.

If I had it my way I would BFing, delayed solids, cloth dipering...the whole 9 yards but that won't ever happen  

I hate whey they act like they are disabled rather than just pregnant...
Omg i cant lift that 5 lb bag of potatoes im pregnant!
I cant paint im pregnant...(yes you can, just keep it ventilated)
I cant get my hair done im pregnant...
I cant have a hot bath im pregnant...

Those kinda people that think every single thing will harm their baby!

I hate when pregnant women(first timers, especially) say smurf like "I hope it's triplets! That would be so cool!"

I hate when pregnant/first time moms give people advice about smurf they don't really know.
A girl on my FB got pregnant 3 months after me and all of a sudden she was Ms. Know-it-all. Annoying.

I can't stand it when people think they know everything about having children just because they used to babysit....

I hate how impatient and whiny first time moms are. (I was whiny as hell lol).
I hate when they try to tell people who are already parents, how to parent.

YES. Especially when they go all holy on other pregnant women. "Don't you eat that sandwich, it'll hurt the baby!"

I agree with you, Amanda. It also frustrates me when I see people I know on Facebook planning their inductions for the day of their due date when they have had perfectly healthy pregnancies.

I hate when pregnant first time moms act like they know absolutely everything about pregnancy, birth, and raising a baby.
I had a girl on my FB try to tell me what to do with DD a few months back while she was pregnant with her first.
Really?  

I WANT to be that kind of mom, but if it doesn't work out, eh oh well.

I hate when they act disabled. I can't do this I'm pregnant.

I hate that they try to tell you how to take care of your living child while their fetus is still in their uterus.
I hate how they think theyre gonna be a better mom than me.
and that they lecture me on why I should cosleep with my kid.
Uhm.. my kids feet were in my ribs for 5 months... he's outta me his feet aren't going back in my ribs in the middle of the night and I'mnot sharing my damn bed.

I hate the, "I can't eat this, I can't eat that" (hot dogs, coffee, etc etc). And when old wives tales are taken waaay too seriously.

I hate when they think the world revolves around them because they're pregnant. It's one baby, out of ALL the other babies that will be born. Yeah, it's important to you, but it doesn't make the smurfing work go round.

You aren't Mary, giving birth to the savior, okay? You're doing something that some 10 year olds can do. Let's not act like it's more then it is, okay? lol
