Is this a sign?

I know no one can say when I will go into labor and I was induced with my first, so I'm wondering if what I'm experiencing is a sign or if anyone can relate? So I been going bathroom a lot tor #2 (sorry TMI), I have been having contractions but nothing persistent and it's been going on for a week or so, two weeks ago when I got checked doc said cervix is forward and very soft but no dilation. My pelvic bone feels like its about to rip apart, and I feel so nausautious but have yet to vomit (again, sorry). So anyone similar experience and went to labor or just norms of pregnancy. I'm 36.2 I want her to cook a bit more but im miserable same time.

Wish I could help, but I went into preterm labor at 25 weeks and had my daughter at 34 weeks. I think I was constipated and nauseous my entire pregnancy. Hopefully it's not too far away for you though!
