I had an emergency c-section @ 33 weeks... Wasn't sure if the boys would be staying at the hospital with me or life flighted to a bigger one an hour away. The meds they gave me to (try) to stop my PTL put me on my ass. I never thought to ask. lol

I don't remember the first 2 days after I had them, so I guess I could've asked. haha. I need to put that on my list of things I SHOULD ask next time!

I will be asking at my next female appt next year though.

Just a line straight across. One side goes up on a funny angle. I think they didnt expect him to be as big as he was and had to cut more.

LOL. Mine picked on me a bit as well. The twins were born at 8:19 and 8:20pm. As soon as I felt my legs I was up and walking. It really helped with recovery. The next day we were getting a ton of stupid visitors (inlaws), so I got up, showered, did my hair and was putting on my makeup when the Dr came to see me. lol

Mine is a 6 inch line, kinda like a small smile just above my pubic bone. The only weird thing is that afterward they used a wire + internal stitches with a metal bead at both ends of the incision! Never thought to ask what was the deal with the beads + I don't no anyone else who got them either. So now I have a dot like scar on both sides of the incision, looks weird!
