DD was in newborn for two months and she was near 8lbs born, lol.

I only opened one package and have the receipts taped to the others just incase.
I have a smurf ton of size 1 diapers, too. probably 15 packages at least. DH got a deal of 40 diapers for 1.70/piece.

My DD was in them for 2. My friend son went straight to 1's. she had 5 big boxes of newborn diapers and that was it!

I stock up more on size 1 or 2

I don't even remember if DD was ever in newborn.. And if she was it was an extremely short time, she was almost a 10lb baby..

I would say too much.

he's estimated at 6lbs now, but he'll be here within a week or two thanks to my liver funtion. so he wont be bigger than 7.5lbs.

depends if your kid will have allergies to them too or not. Some do.

My last weighed 8lbs 5oz at birth (smallest of my three) and went through 400+ newborn diapers. But she was in newborns until she was a little over a month. Definitely get more 1 and 2. She's almost 2 months and has gone through about 200-300 1's since she outgrew newborns. We got enough 1's to last us until Thanksgiving, maybe a little longer. Then I'm switching to gDiapers cloth diapers. Tired of spending so much on diapers! lol

My son only used newborn diapers for a couple months, and then onto size 1, so that should definately be enough!

Should be...my dd is almost 9 months and just grew out of nb last month. lol

But most babies will only go through maybe 1 case if that.
