well that surprised me!

The kids and I carved their pumpkins and started making pumpkin seeds tonight. They went a bit passed their bed time but whatever.
I finish up and tell the kids that they need to go to bed soon because it's their bed time.
Maxwell looks up at the clock on the wall ( it's not digital or anything) and says but Mommy it's only 9 o'clock
 
I said... uhm how did you know that?!
He said well duh that's the time!

I had no idea he knew how to do that! lol. They surprise you all the time!

he is 4 before anyone asks lol

Good for him!

Telling time was something I struggled with in 1st grade, I'm glad to hear he's got a handle on it already.
