Well my daughter's father doesn't have a scheduled visitation agreement yet..I just let him come when ever he wants. We are supposed to make one in mediation but he hasn't done it yet. He rarely comes to see her though, he tries to visit every few months smh. He is saying that is the reason he disagrees to pay child support, is that a legit reason?

That's not a legit reason, the less he sees her the more you will get lol. So I'd shut my mouth and let him put his foot in his lol Let him stay away on his own terms and you will get more (p.s. wasn't being rude by saying shut your mouth I was just laughing that he thinks if he doesn't see her he thinks he doesn't have to pay but don't tell him that or he will be like a fly on poop with you)

You're going to the child support office downtown? They're suuuuuper nice there, and the judge was wayyyyyy nice to me lol, he was being a dick to BD. (I live in San Diego btw lol)

The only way he wouldn't have to pay child support is if he had 50/50 joint physical custody, with his track record that is completely out of the question.

Oh I know lol. I didn't think it was, even with the paper work with how much he said he supposedly sees her which he wrote like 8 times a month or something like that, he is still owing money.

Yea, downtown. Well I had to reschedule because I have nobody to watch my DD.   The lady told me that they decide on the day of court if they want to let me reschedule or not AND my BD can still show up and try to get smurf in his favor even though I think what he put on his paper work smurfed himself over haha. This is word for word what he put down on the paper for why he disagrees paying child support lmao "We agreed that the mom would let me see my daughter "4" times in a week day and have her with me for the weekend only during the day." LMFAO. He is such an idiot.

Keep a log of EVERYTIME he comes to visit her and how long and such. He sounds like an idiot

yea I have done that, and I have text messages of most of the times I have asked him if he was going to come see her and his excuses.
