Mirena , PLEASE HELP !

i have had mirena for 3 weeks & recently i have been having pain , its similar to the pain i had after my C section expect it mostly over by my left ovary , i have also had my period it came right on time but i have had it now for 9 days , right when i thought it was gone BAMN it came back , is this normal for mirena users ?

i never had this pain when i had my mirena. mild cramping the first it got put in, and then it was normal.

I've only had min for a little over a week, and I started having pains in my ovaries this weekend. I bled for a few days last week, then started bleeding again this morning. I don't know if its a real period or not though, any time I am on birth control my periods are all over the place.

If you are a few months PP it could be from that but Mirena gave me ovarian cysts. I stopped having periods but it caused a lot of problems.

im about 2 & a half months post pardum .

i never had that... i've had it since my 6 wk appt & im now 4 months PP.
i also havent had a period yet, but i breastfeed too.

I have the same pains with the Mirena in my left ovary and I also get pains down my left leg (I'm not sure the leg pain is related to the mirena but it started when the pain in my ovary started)

I have had the Mirena for 9 Months now and my periods last for 7 days and stop for a few and then some days I wilm randomly bleed and it will stop after a few hours.

It's very strange and a lot of discomfort but my nurse said it will eventually settle down. Here's hoping!
