Horrible Migraines

I am having the most horrible migraines i have ever had to experience and they come either before or after i start feeling really sick or my body rejects food or liquids. Is there any way i can control this?

Do you have any swelling? Have you had B/P issues?

No my blood pressure is normal and no no swelling.

Nausea goes along with migraines...unfortunately you can't take Excedrin or anything like that, just Tylenol. I take Tylenol and lie down in a dark room with a cool cloth over my eyes. I also find that sometimes caffeine (which is in Excedrin) helps mine, so I'll drink a soda or a cup of coffee; you're allowed one cup a day during pregnancy.
