Finger Warts on 4.5 year old...

Hello, it's been a while since I posted on here. My son has very stubborn warts on 2 of his fingers, it's been 2 years and noting has worked. I have used the OTC gels, getting it frozen off by the doctor, duct tape. I have taken him to see a dermatologist, but the dermatologist will not remove them because the procedure may be too painful for my son. Ladies, help me out!! If you can afford a naturalpathic doctor I would take him there. My little brother and I were covered. I had something like 30 on my whole body. I had to see her 3x same with my brother, but they went away and never came back.
