Weird & painful cramping

For the past 4 days or so I've been having this super painful cramping. It doesn't come and go - It's a constant cramp that can last anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 minutes. Nothing I do helps it. It has gotten so bad that I get light headed and sick to my stomach. It only happens when I'm sitting or laying down.

I've been pooping regularly so it's not that, and I'm not bleeding so it's not my period. Any ideas what it may be from?

I'm going thru the same thing. if you're pregnant then it means your baby is growing that all. if not you might be in between cycles or ovulating
