And........DONE!!!

Smoking that is. Hope so anyway. My initial goal was 24 hours. And I totally kicked ass. It was HARD, but I did it   Then my goal was 1 week, and I officially met that goal 10 hours ago       I have tried quitting before, and this time made me realize your body has to want it as much as you do, if that makes sense. I have to look at my phone now to know how long it has even been because it seems forever ago. I don't even want a real cigarette anymore. Saturday when we were out someone was sitting next to me smoking and instead of craving it I wanted to vomit. I am relying on an electronic cigarette though when I get really anxious. The juice I am using is comparable to an ultra light as far as nicotine goes, but I am buying more this week that won't have any nicotine in hopes I won't even need that. It's more of a way to keep me busy more than anything I think. I am so proud of myself. The biggest help for me I think is the app I have, every time I look at my phone I see the widget on my home screen that tells me how long it has been and how much money I've saved. I am now addicted to saving more money, haha. This was my stats this morning   Seeing how much I have NOT smoked makes me realize how much I was smoking

This is a case where weight shipping will definitely be the best way to go. Hopefully she does it that way instead of using flat rate boxes. 10 pounds is only $15, and 31 bottles will definitely be less than 10 pounds.

Thanks everyone! I am totally loving it. I've smoked for over a decade, so it's definitely a lifestyle change. It was part of my daily routine.

Don't!!! Do it now!!!! I always said "after I finish this pack......." but it never happened   Last Sunday night after I smoked and was walking to my bedroom I just grabbed my almost new pack and tore them to shreds. It was like it put ME in control of it instead of letting the pack be in control, if that makes sense.

That makes perfect sense! And you know what... I just did that very same thing! My half-smoked pack is sitting in the trash, wondering what the hell happened to me   thank you! I needed the encouragement
