Set goals, get addicted to seeing your savings go up   There are several apps out there, I am using the quitnow! app. It even has a health section that shows you what's happening to your body during the quitting phase. I don't think I could have done this without that app. There's another one that sends you "rewards" but it's $2, and I am too cheap for that, haha!

It would take forever for my savings to go up   heh.
When I became a sahm the only way DH would support my habit was for me to roll my own (and I refuse to use my cloth/wrap/fabric money on cigarettes, lol) so I only spend $10 a week. It's about a pack a day.

It's a really great app, looks very neat. I've set up a jar to save the money I would have spent on cigarettes, SO's idea, we're going to do cool stuff together with that money. Am excited! I hope I can make it

You can, make yourself   Set little goals, you can do this!!! I started smoking almost 13 years ago........if I can do it you can too!!!

YAY!!!!!!!! Congrats to you!!!! I've gone however many days it's been now, I don't even have to look at my phone anymore, but it was 2 weeks as of Sunday for me   So so happy for you!1!! Don't you just feel more vibrant?!
