Do we all have some sort of addicition?

I am watching ''My Shopping Addiction" and it makes me wonder , do we ALL have some sort of addiction? Whether its an addiction to - food,sex,shopping, drugs, alchohol,shoes,jewelry, make-up, etc. What do you think? My aunt ( who is an alchohol addict ) believes every person has some sort of addicition. And ONLY if you want to share, what is your addiction?

i do, Chips! Pure addiction, i could eat them everyday!

I believe so. Mine is milk.

I know I do. It's embarrassing and only recently have I admitted it to myself. I'm not sure if it's more of an obsession or addiction, but it's unhealthy regardless.

no I don't think everyone has an addiction. But I am addicted to washing my hands and alcohol

I believe so. Mine would be alcohol (beer). Although I don't drink every day, I drink every weekend

I don't think everyone has an addiction. I see an addiction as something that interferes with and negatively impacts your life.

Just liking something a lot and using, eating, or otherwise ingesting or experiencing said thing on a regular basis doesn't necessarily make it an addiction, IMO.

No. not if we're using the true definition of addiction. I can't think of a single thing in my life that's a compulsive habit.
