I agree. The one shake is perfect for the nutrients and to get protein.

Shakeology all the way! I don't care about the price for it! It is healthier and it has helped both myself and my husband to feeling better and a lot of ways!

I made him let me get some and then he just started to drink since I wound up with an extra bag. he drank it every day his stomach problems went away and didn't have those issues anymore now he drinks it daily and he is WAY happier with it in his life! He'll forget to drink it a couple of days and the issues are back and he feels like crap! Best thing I found! The fact my girls love it helps out a lot with him too

Troy loves it. Tim has drank it and will, but is not as dedicated as I am to health living. I know before our wedding he will get back into it. He did the reset with me, but after that just went back to eating however he wanted.

I have thought about doing the rest after the new year just so we can try new things and start eating healthier I still have a soft spot of Taco bell and Chick fil a. lol

LoL awww! The Reset was a HUGE life changer for me!!! I have been maintaining the same weight results without working out at all.

Woot Woot that is always the best part! I know fast food is bad for me for sure I always feel sick after I eat it lol. It doesn't help the girls ask for it lol. I'm doing better with just bring shakeo with me before I leave for lunch lol

I have not had fast food in over a year, but I still occasionally have cheat meals here and there!

I love the BBV shakes and I'm okay with artificial flavors. I prefer the taste of BBV over the Shakeology shakes and the price is definitely more in my budget!

I understand what you are saying love, but the artificial sweeteners are chemicals  

Jen, I really loved the first shakeo I got. The second time around they sent me a new formula and it tasted awful compared to the original! I was so sad becaused I loved the original one and was so disappointed in the new formula!
