Painful Lump Under Armpit

I noticed today that I have a lump on my armpit. It does hurt when I touch it or stretch my arm.
Has anyone had this?
A page I found online said that woman should talk to doctor because it could be breast cancer??
I am exclusively pumping.

It could be an ingrown hair. I had that once and it hurt more than labor lol

Might be an infection. I had a weird infection like that when my milk was drying up.

Where at? Like how low? I had a lump (lymphnode) swell up in my armpit like in the area where the hai grows and it turned out to be staph. I had to have it lanced and take antibiotics. Sucked but better than cancer!!!

My SO had one of those. It ended up get extremely big. It was staph.

Oh no!! Did you want your milk to dry or it just happened on it's own?

I had one before. It was a cyst. It eventually went away

I wanted it to, but a medication I was taking sped up the process, my body couldn't deal an things got a bit hairy.

Did he see a doctor? Did he take anything?

I just looked on the mirror and it's about 8lumps. When I touch them they feel deep. Like a clogged breast duct.

That's probably what it is- you may need antibiotics. Try a warm compress for now, until you can go in.
