Children's benadryl does absolutely nothing for her. She can't even take it when her allergies are acting up. we are on Zyrtec every day sometimes 2 times a day.

Medicaid were jerks with ours at first, we had to jump through hoops to get it covered but there was no way Mitch could handle it anymore. I really like it much more than albuterol

yea I'm switching doctor's too because her pedi is refusing to prescribe her an inhaler because they haven't seen her for wheezing since the end of May and "never seen her for just wheezing" Ummm yea the NP did and said if zyrtec wasn't helping to go ahead and do albuterol treatments which was back in may. I'm sorry but that was just 5 months ago and I refuse to go drag her out for over an hour each way, then sit i the office with kids that only have god knows what. We are switching hopefully to the doctor that I had as a kid.

Ugh! Ours wouldn't give Mitch one either until he was 3   And he had severe asthma, and that's what the dr said, not me. She kept telling me it'd do no good until he knew how to properly use it   Um, that's what spacers are for

yea actually everybody should technically use a spacer.   It gets the medicine in you more efficiently or they should hold it 2 inches from their mouth so it doesn't hit the back of the throat and is properly inhaled.   I'm still pissed about them being asses about it. I filled out the forms to have us all switched to the dr's office in town
