re: Modification of child support

Neither of us have attorneys. I can totally see why you think they may just dismiss it. I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

He has one other child from his now wife and yes I have one other as well from my current husband.

Thank you so much! It's actually very stressful because now my ex tells our son that now that he's paying child support he doesn't know how he's going to put food in the table, his step mom is still saying bad things to my son about me, the list just goes on. But thankfully I know that at least while my son is here with me, he never has to hear a word about any child support, court issue, and I never say a bad thing about his dad or step mom to him. He's happy here =) hope you're all having a great weekend =)

He shouldn't say those things to your son  

I know. There's lots of things that he and his wife say to my son that they shouldn't and it hurts me. I'm so blessed because my son is such a respectful, sweet teenage boy. So far (knock on wood) he has NEVER given me any trouble. I just don't understand. But therapy seems to be helping him with his depression and I can only hope that his relationship one day will get better with his dad and step mom.

So I got really lucky and they were able to reconsider my amount that I agreed upon and they pulled the paperwork before it was sent to the superior court and we have court with the judge on nov.6th?
