i think it would be fine. My doctor told me to continue living life like i normally would. Within reason. Im sure dancing would be fine. If you are worried just run it by your doctor.

As long as you were doing it before you got pregnant and nothing dangerous to baby is involved, you should be fine.

As long as you're not overdoing it you'll be fine. My doctors rule of thumb was any exercise/physical activity was fine as long as I could hold a conversation with someone while I was doing it.

My mom was told if you did it before you can keep doing. She showed horses (jumping) while pregnant. I'd think dancing is safe.

You can dance. When I was in hs my dance teacher danced up until she gave birth. If you dance when you're bigger you just have to be careful cause your sense of balance can be off. Don't do anything that causes pain or discomfort. That's about it. You'll be fine

Since you were already very physically active, you should be just fine. However, as your pregnancy progresses...you're probably going to have to slow down, depending on your body and the baby etc. Your doctor will better inform you.
