You get the hell over it. After hurricane Rita me, bd and our kids who were 3 and 4 at the time spent nearly a month without power in one room. We were all in one room because the back half of our apt....the ceilings collapsed.

Four people....in one room with no power. For a month.

Arts and crafts, color, paint, play hide and seek, do puzzles, tell stories, read, play games, play doh.

Just make sure you have batteries, and flash lights.

oh wow, sorry u went thru that! We have plan to go to my mothers if its more than a few days, shes ready for the Apocalypse im only prepared for a few days
