Today is day seven and I am already seeing Results.
& yes i have changed my underwear since then lmao (didn't even realize i was wearing the same ones till now) haaah

DAY 1:
BUST: 39"
WAIST: 36.5"
HIPS: 42"
RIGHT THIGH: 27"
LEFT THIGH: 27.5"
RIGHT UPPER ARM: 13"
LEFT UPPER ARM: 12.5"
ABS: 41"

DAY 7:
BUST: 39.5"
WAIST: 35.5"
HIPS: 43.5"
RIGHT THIGH: 26.5"
LEFT THIGH: 26"
RIGHT UPPER ARM: 12.5"
LEFT UPPER ARM: 12.5"
ABS: 40"
