Same for me. It would feel like my lower back was locked up and I couldn't move or else I'd break my back.

Excruciating!

Yeah it's so bad that sometimes I have to ask my boyfriend to like move my legs for me because any move I make kills me.

That doesn't sound like sciatica to me. My husband is a massage therapist and has to fix my sciatica allll the time. lol. The pain should be located in your butt right where the top of your pants pocket will start and should not effect your back. It's been known to cause your leg to give out on you though. A nice deep tissue massage and 30 seconds of pain should do the trick. Being pregnant though, it will need to be done often. Hope this helps.

Your lucky to be married to someone who gives a awesome massage for a living lol i would definitely be taking advantage of that if i was married to a massage therapist! lol

That is where it's more at like the lowest part of my back that connects to my butt lol, is where I am feeling it at. It's just weird to say "my butt hurts" lol, but yes that is exactly where I feel it. I know my mom said when she was pregnant with me that she hurt on her nerve the ENTIRE pregnancy from like 18 weeks and up. Gahhhh lucky I wish my SO was one. I was going to have a family friend do one for me, but he said since I am pregnant he will NOT touch me until I am in my 3rd trimester because it can cause complications, so right now I am dealing with this sadly. And it's bad because my SO is always so tired from working and being on his feet all day that he never has enough energy to rub my back

Meeee too! I have always thought about different jobs, and how if you think about it sometimes someone is so lucky to be married to someone who does this or dating someone who does that. Like if you need plumbing repairs, and you are with a plumber it'd be free, or if you are married to a mechanic and it your car messes up, you get it fixed free. Or if your husband is a chef, he knows how to cook for you for free, especially if he owns the restauraunt  ! But so far I wish my SO was a massage therapist too, I'd be taking advantage like there was nothing else to do lol!!!!

Oh yess!!! I know that would be amazing!! I mean my SO works at a fast food place, but the bad part is I hate Arbys so it's really nothing good for me lol. But he is handy with cars and stuff, and can cook great IF he feels like it, which is hardly ever. but I think a massage therapist/chef would be amazing, I would sign up for that kind of man anyday lol! Just kidding I love my SO, but I wouldn't mind if he decided to do one of those for a living

It can if he massages the wrong spots. Places like the soft spot between your thumb and index finger, the soft spot just below your ankle, and the back of your leg aka calf muscle. Those spots are prone to cause your uterus to contract and can potentially induce labor. Hope you find some relief soon. I'm starting my 3rd trimester now so I should be able to get a full massage now. : )

Your lucky I wish I was starting my 3rd trimester. The guy who would do my massages won't touch me right now since I am not in my 3rd trimester yet! It's sad so I am hoping these 5 weeks go by fast, well Ithink I have like 5 weeks left lol. So maybe they will and as soon as they do I am so calling him up I made it to number 3 help me please lol! I got a heating pad for my back so hopefully it will help with some of the pain I know it won't with all but it might with some of it  .

Yeah, heat = happiness. lol. I asked my husband the other day to massage those spots specifically but he won't. lol Oh well, maybe in a few weeks. I'm in no hurry!
