Well what makes the father so bad?

In Ontario, it is very difficult for one parent to get sole custody.

Not being a "positive role model" isn't really going to be enough to get it....

OP, i think you're going to have proof as to why you don't want the guy around, or only will do supervised visits.

You have to have some type of proof he's not a positive role model.

Standard visitation in Ontario is one evening per week plus every other weekend.

I don't want to get into why I had a child with him.

it's the same in the states too. wednesdays and every other weekend is the default "daddy schedule". lol.

Sometimes you cant control who tou have kids with my ex was the exact same way and took.my daughter away from him. He is not allowed to be there at all. Just explain to him everything going on.

my friend recently went to court for custody of her breast fed 4 month old.. they live close by.. daddy gets the daughter 4 hrs a day until 12 months and at 12 months its every friday afternoon to monday morning.. and if a holiday falls on his day he doesnt have her he gets her for 4 hrs and vise versa. its suppose to stay thos way even through school
