c section scar oozing blood and puss

I had a huge hard lump on the scar, which I hears was normal. Few hours ago it burst and a whole lot of blood and puss came oozing out of it that smells horrible. Its still oozing badly and the skin around it is hard, swollen and red. Is this just the lump healing or something more serious? How should I treat it?

You need to get that checked out.

It's infected! Get to the hospital and get it taken care of. My incision get infected with my first, if you dno't get on antibiotics asap you'll have a much bigger problem!

General rule of thumb is to get any pus checked out if you just had major surgery.

not if it is infected.....you could end up in intensive care and be in there for a long time if you dont take care of it now....your wound could have issues closing up....peoiple die from untreated infections.....
seriously you would only be there for a little bit, not like they would admit you unless its really bad....this isnt something to mess around with!

No... even if there was, I'd still get to the hospital. It's your health that is potentially on the line here.

Infection will spread and possibly death if they can't control it.
