they why bother. smurf em. theres nothing he can do in jail not that hes trying and even if he was to try with that many felonys , he wouldnt get anywhere with it. if his familys bothering you get restraining orders against them. it would cost more with a grim looking outcome to try and get his rights terminated then it would be to say smurf you and cut off all contact.
