That's all??

Got a letter in the mail yesterday from CSE. They tell me in this letter, that as of 11/05/2012, they are going to suspend his license. I'm like really? That's all? I'm struggling, and doing everything I can to stay afloat, and all your going to do is suspend his license? WTF?

Sadly they can not force him to pay a dime, his next step will be jail. I'm sorry you're going through this.

In order for him to get it back they will require him to pay a substantial chunk of the back support he owes...it is quite effective...

That never made sense to me. If you take a dead beats license away then he CAN'T go to work to pay the child support...

He's already been to jail over the support. Now they're starting back at square one? Makes no sense.
