Can't wait to meet him.(:

posted 26th Oct
I am getting a c-section in a few weeks.
He's a big baby. <3
I'm kind of scared to have surgery done tho, &If anyone else has had a cesarian could you tell me what it was like for youu.?
I was scared of vaginal birth too tho, so it would have happened one way or the other.
He's breeched, &my mom had a c-section with me. She also thinks it'd be best for me.

Do you have to have a c-section? Is it just because the baby is supposedly big? Women deliver 'big' babies vaginally every day. Either way, good luck.

I've never had a section but from everything I've heard the recovery is a bitch and there is no way in hell I would opt for a section because 'my baby is big' vaginal over major surgery any day.... ultrasound can be off by up to two pounds. They don't know how big your baby is. Good luck and well wishes your way....

Oh, well he still has time to turn. Even then, women deliver breech babies vaginally. Not saying you have to, but it's very possible.

You don't need a section for a big baby, lol. & there are a lot of things you can do to try & turn that baby out of breech position.

I had a cesarean. I was one of the few that didn't need more than Tylenol while healing. I was begging to walk as soon as my spinal wore off. I've heard it can be quite painful. I hope your recovery is easy OR better yet LO decides to flip!

My 8 th and 9 th baby were breeched most of my pregnancy with them! My 8th baby turned just before my uterine inversion was scheduled and baby 9 turned also in the 35th week and in labor with him he turned on me between 7-9 cm and I had an emergency C section!

Lol I'm going through that. even though the risks of a VBAC are way lower than a repeat section, they want you to think otherwise for some reason   It's ridiculous

Well, I figured my 1st was a vag. and then 7 Vbacs the 9th put a 2nd scar on my uterus which bring uterine rupture from 1% to 5% which is still very low! They rubbed in my face while in labor it would take a woman 2 minutes or less if i ruptured!! I would be gone by they time they got me to the OR...Who tells a laboring woman that??? I was confident in what my body was capable of and got my Vag. delivery
