She sounds...lovely   And reminds me of my sister 200% lol
Tell her that your health is important...that you would love to be in her wedding, but you also want to improve your health and that you're not willing to put that aside so she can feel better than you.

I love her to the moon and back, but she's just asking for too much this time.

Sounds like a lot of jealousy going on. She is totally jealous of you and she has been use to her always being the thin sis, and now that you are catching up too her size it is makeing her plain. out. jealous. How close are you to her size now? If I had a sis and was about to get married, and she was loseing weight ( I would NOT tell her to stop ) but I would be slightly jealous that she is losing and i'm not. She wants to be the MOST BEAUTIFUL at her wedding, that happens to ALL brides. She def doesnt want her sis hotter than her at HER own wedding, lol....but don't you dare stop! She is just gonna have to get over it and congrats on the 40 lb loss

Keep doing what you're doing, if she boots you from her wedding for looking damn good, so be it. You've put in the time and effort to better yourself and if she can't accept that, she needs to re-evaluate her priorities. It's crappy she's treating you this way.  
I have 2 sister in-laws, no biological sisters. I grew up with 2 brothers, I feel like I missed out.

We're about 20 pounds apart now, she's around 195.. I'm 215. Her wedding dress is a size 16, and so is mine (I'm a loose 18 now, so I should be able to fit in the dress by her wedding at the end of Jan.
Still, it shouldn't matter. She looked amazing at my wedding, even though she was a complete bitch, but no one focused on her because it was MY day...
She's being such a jerk about it.
