I'm going to a 3d place.. but I'm just doing 2d.. I want to wait til babe is a little bit chunkier to do a 3d.

Thats sweet for you to announce it at Christmas! I think we are gonna do the same and not let anyone know we know what it is till then..but knowing my big mouth i'll spill the beans. And as far as my sil goes I should but Im trying to be the bigger person about the situation. I think she is really jealous of how my life is and her is..Im having a baby in the right situation and she on the other hand is not..so idk lol

Yeah I think thats what we are going to do too..when we do this one we get 10.00 off our next visit!

We were going to announce in our Christmas cards the pregnancy.. with Diva in a Big Sister shirt on santa's lap.. as for gender we're debating holding off announcing until I'm further along.. but we're keeping the name to ourselves.

Yeah thats what we are prob gonna do. With my first we did one around 30 weeks and I think I may go a little sooner with this one because Lexi's face was all smushed and she looked swollen. It was still pretty clear though.
this was 29 weeks 3 days

ok ladies im having kind of a panic moment. I am 13w5d today... yay   but i joined the FB group and all the girls were talking about the NT scans and i was told you can only get it done until you are 13w6d and that is obviously tomorrow and I dont even have my first real OB appointment until Thursday of next week and I dont get an US until the next week which will make me 15w. Should i be freaking out and calling my doc or what?? I dont know what to do, and as a first time momma who doesnt have anyone to really bounce questions off of except you guys, ppppplease give me some input :/

I had mine done last week. It's probably to late for you idk why yor clinic didn't say anything to you.

Guess what Guess what guess what!! I felt really distinct movement yesterday and pushing on my right side. I layed down took my towel off and saw baby!!! Through my tummy it was sitting in a plumbsized ball right at the top I poked it and I wouldn't move at all it stayed there for 5 min before it retracted back. I got a picture of it too!!! And it's 100% visible!!! I'm so excited!!!

I want to!! I have an I phone and need an app that I can use to color or put something over my crotch lol I was naked then I took the pic! If you or anyone knows an app I'd love to post it!!!

OKay now you got me worried..what is the NT scan? My doc has never mention this to me with either of my pregnancies. Should I call as ask them being as I will be 14 weeks when my next appoinment comes along...

i guess its the scan they do during the US that can check to see if the baby will be high risk for Down's Syndrome. If you want the baby checked then yes i would say call your dr! i called my clinic and they said there wasnt anything we could do before tomorrow, and since it wouldnt change my mind about keeping the baby i guess it really doesnt matter to me? idk, im a little stressed, but no reason to stress over something you cant change you know? ehhh....
