High blood pressure/Natural diet pills HELP!!!

posted 26th Oct
My Husband is 29 in December. He has been taking a diet supplement called OXYelite pro. We knew it had some ify side effects, and I wasnt really comfortable with him taking them, but alot of people we know told him how great they are and he decided to take them anyways. He was 289lbs and 6'3, and honestly he is built like a linebacker. He is naturally a big guy. Well now he is down to 255lbs and he needs to tone up a bit, but he looks great. However, he went to the dentist this morning, and his blood pressure was 145/80. High blood pressure runs in both sides of his family, he doesnt work out at all, up untill a year ago he used half a bottle of salt on everything (I finally threw away all the salt in the house, because I was really worried about him.) His diet still isnt the best, but I am working on it, and he has been overweight his whole life, although I wouldnt say he has ever been truely obese. He doesnt have medical insurance, so he hasnt been to the doctors in years, and we have no way to get him in. I'm going to have him go to walgreens before work tomorrow without taking the pills, and see what his blood pressure is that way, and go from there.

My questions are if he doesnt have high blood pressure, how can I try to help prevent it? Also does anyone know of any natural diet pills, or appitite suppressants? I know he is worried if he stops taking the pills he will gain the weight back, but I dont want him to take anything else that could hurt him. It will be easier for me to convience him if I have all my bases covered. I am going to try to get him to go walking with me atleast on the weekends, or maybe get some bikes... I am really worried about him, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

Magnesium Lactate from Standard process. You can get it on Amazon.

It worked excellently from me. I ran out one time and had a bp spike (food related sensitivities plus genetic propensity) and had to get back on bp pills.

I'm currently working on trying to get back off of bp pills.
