Back pain?

My back has been killing me for about a week now any advice


P.s. I don't too much care for pills. I'm looking more for stretches or something of that nature.

i use a heating pad! it helps alot. but mine normally hurt after I clean, shop sometimes even standing too long. or a hot bath or shower helps too

I don't know why i never thought about the heating pad *goes searching*
