Help?

My daughters going on 3 months on the 31st. & lately I've been dreaming of being pregnant again & so has my boyfriend, & I've been feeling a little moody/nauseous. These are some of the symptoms i had with my daughter including the dreams. I do want more babies but having another one right now is not the time..I'm debating if I should take a home test.. What do you guys think?

My first 2 are only 15 months apart ... if you aren't on birth control and you have had unprotected sex then you could be ... if it would make you sleep a little easier then take one ... what's the harm in knowing for sure
