If you don't mind me asking, what is the medication for? ? A form of anxiety or something else?

I was on Lorazepam for anxiety attacks, they were helpful, but I tried not to take them very often.

I take citalopram it's for anxiety/depression. Works really well actually. It doesn't alter who I am like some medications and I don't feel like a, for lack of a better term, a zombie. Lol.
I'm able to feel like myself without all the anxiety.

I'm starting to learn some coping mechanisms. I'm also eating better and trying to lose weight and get in shape so that always helps with mental health.

I'm going through a divorce so everyday is a struggle but I keep looking towards that light at the end of my tunnel.
