I'm about 38 weeks prego is it normal to have really intense Charlie horses? I mean i wake up in the middle of the night with them and they're so bad my leg will be sore the next day.

Most likely dehydration... drink water. Lots and lots of water.

It's normal to have them throughout pregnancy. Increase your water and eat more bananas. Also, there are stretches you can do that can stop a charlie horse.

yes, drink even MORE water and eat more bananas

It's normal. I always get them while I'm turning in bed. When I feel one coming on I lay on my back and bend my leg at a 90 degree angle and dig my heal into the mattress and it goes away right away. Try it. It might help you.

I get them ALL THE TIME. Drink a cup of water right before bed. I never get them when I do.
