Have you seen the documentary where the guy loses weight eating fast foods? It's actually really informative, and the guy is actually a paleo diet guy I think. It's called Big Fat Lies.

Disturbing picture. You know I had McDonald's for the first time in MONTHS the other day and I was literally sick aferwords. Gross.

Ugh, me too. I got a snack wrap one day on the run and it was the nastiest thing I have ever eaten. I have never been a big fan of McDonald's though. Bleh.

Once, I ate a McNasty after not eating there in 6-8 months...I threw up the next day...and the burger pieces were still burger pieces.
