24 Weeker?

So i had DD at 25 weeks&Today she is a healthy,Smart lil girl!! Iv been in and out of the hospital with my sweet boy! Any success stories to ease my mind?

My god son was born at 24 weeks. Next month he will be 3. Other than some issues with his eyes and RAD, he's perfectly fine and his issues are just considered minor.

That's amazing. DD had 7 surgeries and has nothing wrong with her today! Im VERY blessed!

My little brother was born at 28 weeks, weighed just over 2lbs at birth and dropped to 1.5ish. He's 16 now and a completely normal kid, no heath issues at all.

My sister was born at 24 weeks is now 20 years old and in her 3rd year of college! She was born with cerebral palsy, my parents were told to say there good byes that she would not make it and if she did she would be a vegetable in not able to walk talk etc. She was in the hospital almost her first year was a pound even and only like 6 inches or so long when born ... has had speech and physical therapy since she was little ... but now at 20 the only issue is that she has a harder time with math but hell I hate math to ... o an my family all has large breast and she is a tiny A cup lol ... but she is as normal as can get smart beautiful and lives a normal life just had a hard start! Prayer, faith and a loving family can get you anywhere in life not to mention determination! My sister went to special schools until elementary my mother didnt believe she was quote special ed ... and she has never failed a single class.

my little cousin was born around 24-ish weeks. he now a BRILLIANT 10 year old. really the kid was reading at 3. he is in all kinds of programs for gifted kids. after coming home he had NO health troubles at all.

That really gives me hope just incase something was to happen! Im just ready to get past the 25 week mark!

My daughter was born at 23 weeks to the day. She is now 7 months and 3 months corrected. She is just over ten pounds and is just about like a newborn now. A little more developed than a newborn but not by much. Ahe seems like she will live a pretty normal life dispite the neonatologist telling us the day before she was born that she had a ten % chance to.live and a one % chance to have a normal life. If your worried about having a baby early I just suggest you look into the hospitals near you to find out where the beat neonatal icu is. It is easily worth travelling to get to the beat one. There are programs like the Ronald McDonald's house to help families out and with out an advanced nicu my daughter probobly would not have made it out alive with no major problems

My son was born at 25 weeks and 2 days. The nurses says that he is doing exceptionally well for being born so early. He has no health problems and is developing well. Just keep thinking on the positive side and everything will turn out the way you want it.

My 25 weeker Is almost 8 months. It's hard and they may have issues. Praying for you...
