Quoting Crystal Marie S.:" PreK isn't even a required Grade/Class. It's absolutely ridiculous that they called CPs, or that CPS ... [snip!] ... called CPs, or that CPS even bothered to attend a meeting. I sincerely hope that your Niece isn't in that school any longer."
It's the only school where we live. You would have to drive 30 miles to get to another school. I know PreK isn't required, but it's set up exactly like the required grades, same everything (unless you send your kid to the Head Start PreK). They have the meetings once a month, and the worker shows up to them all. She's really good friends with their family, so it wouldn't have mattered if she didn't have the documentation, but she did. But we are having a smurf load of problems with our school board/Superintendent right now, so maybe that had something to do with all of it. We had the first school board in Georgia to get thrown out by the Governor and to be replaced by the state BOE. But our school is a damn good one. Pretty much 100% grad rate & all that good stuff. So it's the school you want to send your kids to around here.
