Do you drink anything with caffeine after 6 hours before you sleep or watch TV/play games/use your cell less than 2 hours before bed? If so, try eliminating those things - my mother and I had the same issue so when we cut these things out we slept much better. You can read a book or do something that doesn't have a light behind it which can make your brain overwork.
Also, don't drink or eat anything 2 hours before you sleep so you're not processing/needing to pee at 4am.
Failing that, grab some sleeping pills
